Delete your QuizaacOMR account

You can permanently delete your teacher account without contacting support. Deletion removes your login, classroom data on our servers, and entitlements tied to your account.

Delete from the Android app

1. Sign in to QuizaacOMR on your phone or tablet.
2. Open Profile (bottom navigation).
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Enter your password, type DELETE to confirm, and submit.

The app clears local data on this device and signs you out. Server deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Delete from the web

1. Sign in at the teacher dashboard.
2. Open Profile.
3. Use Delete account (confirm with your password and type DELETE).

What is deleted

• Your account email and profile (anonymized on our systems).
• Classes, rosters, exams, answer keys, scan results, and sync history on our servers.
• Plan entitlements linked to your user ID.

What may remain

• Aggregated or de-identified analytics that cannot identify you.
• Audit log entries required for security or legal compliance (without unnecessary personal data).
• Data on a device until you uninstall the app or use Settings → Reset database.

Email support@quizaacomr.isaacpro.net from your registered address if you cannot sign in. We will verify ownership before processing a manual deletion request.
